Gartner Names Ericsson a Leader in IRCM for Third Consecutive Year

Based on ability to execute and completeness of vision, Ericsson has been named a leader in the 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs.

This is the third year in a row that Ericsson has received this recognition for its IRCM suite, which includes Ericsson Revenue Manager, a cloud-ready convergent charging and billing solution.
